Arts & Crafts Festivals, Inc. (ACF) has been promoting quality arts & crafts shows for over 25 years. The Company prides itself on selecting quality Exhibitors. An important aspect of Arts & Crafts Festivals, Inc. is realizing that a partnership must be formed between Exhibitor and Promoter. We are always willing to listen to new ideas, suggestions and any comments from Exhibitors.

This year in celebration of our 35th Anniversary the Christmas Crafts Expo, at the Connecticut Expo Center, will be one weekend only.  We will be strict in accepting Exhibitors and will jury all applications closely. 

In previous years the Expos have been rated consistently among the top 50 shows in the United States. These two shows featured over 250 different exhibitors each weekend have become a tradition to the buying public.

You may submit slides or photos of your work to ACF.  Upon acceptance you will be mailed a Acceptance Receipt.  About one month prior to the show a Show Information Package will be mailed to you containing move-in instructions, hotel information and other details of the show.  Move-in day is the Thursday before each show.  You will be allowed to drive into the Expo Center to unload your product. You will be given a specific move-in time based on your booth location.  We begin move-in at 9:30am and end at 6:00pm.  You will be sent your specific move-in time with the Show Information Package. 

Electric reservations must be made with the Expo Center directly.  If you require electricity, you will receive a Electrical Reservation Form with your Show Information Package.  You simply fill in the form and mail or fax to the Expo Center.  The cost of Electricity is $75.00.  You may also visit www.ctexpocenter.com to print out a form.

We have table rental available for a cost of $20.00 per table.
The tables are 8' long by 3' wide.  If you would like to rent a table(s) and did not indicate so on the application, please call our office.

We offer a free storage room at the Expo Center for you to store your excess stock.  There is ample room to store your excess stock and encourage you to do so as excess stock must be out of sight in your booth. 

Across the street from the Expo Center just a short walk away is an Exhibitor Parking lot which is free of charge.  Please park your vehicle, trailer or motor home in this lot.  The parking lot around the Expo Center is for the public.  Please be considerate of them and park in the designated Exhibitor lot.

We try to accommodate any and every need that you may have.  Please feel free to phone the office or ask at the show if you have a specific need.  We want your experience with Arts & Crafts Festivals, Inc. and the Connecticut Expo Center to be a pleasurable one.

ACF is constantly striving to reach new exhibitors. Referrals from other Exhibitors, word of mouth, and direct advertising in the Sunshine Artist, Crafts Report and other crafts publications bring new Exhibitors to us daily.
